Winter is finally over and I'm sooo ready for spring.
We have so many talented beauty innovators at QVC, that I decided to ask some of them for their best Spring Beauty Tip! The first lady I went to is Laura Geller. I love her glosses and lipstick, so I was thrilled when her tip involved bright lips.
