Here are some tasty and nutritious treats to keep you on track while you indulge!
Red, White & Berry Parfait
Looking for a better sweet treat? Switch out the ice cream for your own yogurt parfait sundae!
Ingredients:
Low-fat or fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 cup low-fat granola (for extra crunch)
Blueberries
Raspberries
Strawberries
Optional: For some extra protein, add a 1/2 scoop of our Re-Body Vanilla Meal Replacement Powder
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl or parfait glass and enjoy!
Firecracker Popsicles
For a refreshing dessert in the heat of July, try making your own Firecracker Frozen Treat.
Ingredients:
Coconut water
Blueberries
Raspberries
Strawberries
Directions:
Fill popsicle molds with refreshing coconut water. Drop some berries in your popsicle mold. Freeze overnight and enjoy!
