Ricotta Cheese Cake
Ingredients:
8-9” spring pan
2 - 8oz cream cheese bars
1-1/2 lb Ricotta cheese
2 cups sugar
6 eggs
6 tbs flour
1 pint of sour cream
Steps:
- Cream the cheese and sugar.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing after each one.
- Add and mix rest of ingredients.
- Put in Spring Pan (you can lightly spray inside of pan with cooking spray)
- Bake for 1 hour @ 350 oven.
- Shut off oven and leave in oven for 1 hour.
- Cool 1 hour.
- Refrigerate
