I’ve been testing side recipes for Thanksgiving lately, and this one for roasted brussel sprouts was easy and delicious! I’m thinking it’s a definite for my Thanksgiving menu because it’s healthy, delicious, and adds some color to the table (gotta make it look good!). I hope you enjoy trying this one!
Here’s what you’ll need to make this recipe:
1 lb Bag of Brussel Sprouts
1 Red Onion
8 Cloves of Garlic
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
A Pinch of Dried Rosemary
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Halve the brussel sprouts and garlic cloves; and chop the onion. Then toss together with olive oil, salt, pepper and rosemary.
Lay the mixture on a sheet pan and place in the oven for 35-40 minutes. Be sure to keep an eye on them in the last five minutes so they don’t burn.
Voila!! Easy, healthy, and delicious!!
Enjoy!!
