Caramel Apple Dip
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 block of cream cheese
- 1 container of caramel apple dip
- 1/2 bag of toffee bits
- 1/2 bag of mini chocolate chips
- Several apples of your choice. My favorite our the Honey Crisps
With a hand mixer, mix the brown sugar with the cream cheese and spread in the bottom of a shallow dish at least as large as a pie plate or larger. Microwave the caramel apple dip just to soften it up but not too warm. Pour it over the bottom layer. Then sprinkle the toffee bits and chocolate chip bits over the top. Slice up the apples and dip away!
Refrigerate any leftovers.
