Memorial Day Weekend is finally here!!
I tell you, something about this winter just felt eternal!! I’ve been eagerly awaiting the start of Spring and Summer (or more specifically, warmer temps!). This Texas gal is ready for some heat!
So here we finally are. My daughter is counting down the days until school ends (21..she keeps me updated) and we are beginning our summer ritual: choosing our Summer Anthem!
You see, each year Gabby and I pick a song that sets the tone for our summer: the only rule is it has to be happy and upbeat! Past winners include Sean Paul’s “Temperature,” Jason Mraz’ “I’m Yours,” and Flo Rida’s “Good Feeling.” This year I’m going to compile all the past selections into a playlist and take it with us during our summer adventures. And today, we’re presenting the perfect way to play that list on the go:

Here’s a couple of pics of the Braven at work. We’ve already taken it to our favorite “zen” spot: a little park near our home with a bubbling brook running through it. Where will you take yours?
