Where do we go for American West inspiration? Santa Fe, New Mexico! Each year in August the top Native American artists gather in Santa Fe to share their unique handmade artworks with collectors, and the Plaza buzzes with the excitement of over 100,000 visitors exploring these works. The American West Jewelry team had the great honor to be there and visit with award-winning artists Kenneth Johnson, Fritz Casuse, Veronica Benally and Jody Naranjo.

Now we’re bringing their unique vision to you in a special two-hour event celebrating Native American designer jewelry and bold American West style. Tune in to QVC on Sunday, September 1 from 6-8 p.m. ET. We have so many exciting new designs for you!

This year we've gotten to know the talented Muscogee (Creek) and Seminole jewelry artist Kenneth Johnson, who uses symbolism to tell amazing stories. We fell in love with his spider designs, a symbol of creativity and wisdom, and now he’s bringing us new spider pieces to match. And that’s just the beginning! Kenneth is an Oklahoma native, and he was so moved by the response to the devastating tornadoes earlier this year that he designed a special piece to pay tribute to this incredible spirit of community. Hear Kenneth talk about his inspiring jewelry tribute on YouTube.

Plus we can’t wait to show you stunning new designs from Native American artists Fritz Casuse, Veronica Benally and Jody Naranjo. Fritz once again has brought traditional elements to life in contemporary, wearable forms, and Veronica’s new pieces are a joyful and colorful tribute to Mother Nature. And we have a new pottery-inspired design from Pueblo Potter Jody Naranjo!

While we were in Santa Fe, we also admired the bold Western and Southwestern fashions! Layered styles and colorful gemstones like turquoise and coral create a sense of fun and freedom in the styles of the American West. See the photos from our Santa Fe adventure on the American West Facebook page.

Join us as we explore American West style together this Sunday, September 1 from 6-8 p.m. ET. We can’t wait to share so many brand new standout styles!
