Last year I received my most memorable holiday gift. After Hurricane Sandy struck, our beloved Jersey shore was destroyed and my house was badly flooded. Despite some issues with our home, my family and I were determined to still have a festive holiday season. When it was time for my boys to open their presents they asked if they could give them to hurricane victims. That brought me to tears. It was such a joy and a blessing to realize that I’m raising these two smart, generous, big-hearted boys. They’re truly better than any gift I could imagine!
